Patty, the proud owner of Lolly’s Bakery, began her journey in the small countryside of Jalisco, Mexico, where she grew up surrounded by the sounds of chickens and the dreams of her family.
At just 12 years old, Patty made the courageous journey to the United States, carrying with her the hope and determination her parents had planted in her heart. She grew up embracing hard work, following harvests alongside her family, and dreaming of a brighter future.
With grit and an unwavering connection to her roots, Patty turned her love for baking and her Latin heritage into Lolly’s Bakery—a thriving business. Lolly’s Bakery celebrates Latin American flavors, community, and the power of perseverance. From her humble beginnings to now, Patty’s story inspires generations to follow their dreams and believe in the possibilities born from hard work and tradition.
"Very friendly staff. They provided great assistance when I was ordering my son’s first birthday cake. The cake was beautifully decorated and the tres leches cake was absolutely delicious! We will regularly order all of our future, family birthday cakes from Lolly’s!"
"I just visited Lolly’s bakery for the first time to pick up a Tres leches cake for my wife’s birthday. It’s a cozy little shop with a great neighborhood feel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It’s also worth mentioning that the place is so spotlessly clean, you can practically eat off of the floor. I highly recommend."
"The sweetest little bakery in Eastie. This is one of those places that helps define the community. Open early in the morning serving fresh breads, pastries, and unassuming coffee- Lolly's feeds the neighborhood and is well loved in return."
